Landscape Assessments

As a qualified landscape architect a large part of Christine’s work involves preparing landscape and visual impact assessments.

Either for subdivisions or new buildings located within sensitive areas, such as the coastal environment.

A report is prepared assessing the existing environment and how the development proposal may impact upon natural character and landscape amenity values.

Once the potential impact has been determined enhancement and mitigation measures are proposed to ameliorate any adverse effects to more acceptable levels.
